By accessing and using Lushly Plants ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lushly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Lushly only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Misuse community features or harass other users
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Lushly (photos, posts, plant data). By posting, you grant Lushly a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Lushly app, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Lushly and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Rewards & Seeds

Lushly's Seeds loyalty currency has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Lushly reserves the right to modify the rewards programme at any time.

7. Disclaimers

Lushly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific plant care outcomes. Plant care advice in the app is for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lushly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
